The followings are the basic Rules of Conduct in order to govern behaviors of Users while playing the RYL1 NARAKKA (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") and using the official website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). The following rules provide what RYL1 NARAKKA. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regards to be unacceptable and illegal conduct. The following rules are not exhaustive or all-inclusive. As such, the Company shall have full discretion to address any unacceptable behavior.
RYL1 NARAKKA reserves the right to change the rules at any time upon its necessity, and the RYL1 NARAKKA also reserves the right to suspend, permanently ban or terminate your game account at any time for reasons that include, but are not limited to, your failure to comply with these rules of conduct. The Company reserves the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis depending upon the severity of the incident.
1. You may not violate the right of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. You may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other users.
2. You may not post or communicate any private information of other users through the Game or the official website.
3. You may not use explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist or ethnically offensive languages, images or/and contents in the Game or the official website.
4. You may not attempt to impersonate other persons, including but not limited to, GMs, employees, representatives of the Company.
5. You may not market, promote or advertise anything, or make any other form of solicitation on the Games or through the Website.
6. You may not violate any local, state, national or international laws and regulations.
7. You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while using the Game or the Website.
8. You may not modify any part of the Website, client or server file of the Game.
9. You may not provide false information or intentionally hiding any information when registering for an account.
10. You may not upload or transmit any copyrighted content on the Game or the Website without the expressed prior written permission of the author or the copyright holder.
11. You may not exploit any bugs or game design errors in the Game or communicate the existence of any such bugs to other users.
12. You may not attempt to hack or decipher any transmission to or from the servers running the Game.
13. You may not create, use or distribute any utilities or other software tools related to the Game without the expressed written permission from the Company.
14. You may not spread rumors or negative issues.
15. You may not oppose against the instruction of authorized personnel while playing the Game or on the Website.
16. You may not use any means of unattended gameplay, this includes macros not supported by the Game or mechanical means.
17. You may not buy, Sell, Trade from one player to another player with CASH.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES AND WILL ABIDE BY THEM. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THESE RULES WILL APPLY TO ANYONE THAT YOU ALLOW TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES (INCLUDING TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT) THAT MAY RESULT IF ANY SUCH PERSON BREAKS THESE RULES.
